Because I am trained in Internal Medicine, I only treat patients 18 years or older.
Due to federal CMS laws, I cannot accept Medicare or Medicare Advantage beneficiaries :(
I do not accept insurance for my services. Click here for details and pricing. I can provide Superbills for out of network reimbursement, and things that I order (labs, imaging, medication, therapies, etc) can be processed through most insurance plans. Please note that Medicaid plans will not provide any out-of-network reimbursement or process/cover orders from my clinic.
Although all care is provided virtually, patients must be physically present in Alaska, Washington state, or Minnesota at the time of the visit due to telehealth laws.
