We offer high-quality care at clear, transparent prices with sliding scale payment options for all. No surprise bills later. We do not accept insurance, however you may be able to use insurance to cover things like labs, imaging, medical equipment, and medications.

Not billing insurance companies allows me to provide the comprehensive, high-quality care you deserve. All visits are paid on a sliding scale with transparent price ranges as displayed below. Our secure payment portal accepts debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards. Labs, imaging, medical equipment, medications, and referrals may be processed through your insurance if you choose. We can also provide a Superbill upon request if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement for our visits. Payment is due at the time of scheduling.

Longitudinal & comprehensive care

Complex symptoms require thorough evaluation and management strategies, typically requiring multiple visits to fully understand and optimize. That’s why our new patient bundle includes an extended initial evaluation along with three follow-ups and between-visit support tools. Feel like we’re not a good fit after the first visit? No problem; we provide pro-rated refunds, no questions asked.

Becoming a patient has its perks

When you become a patient here, you get ample time for each visit with Dr. Meg along with numerous other support benefits. Each package includes pre-visit/between-visit record review by Dr. Meg, personalized and detailed treatment plan, brief messaging/check-in between visits, curated patient resources, coordination of care with outside care team as needed, and interfacing with insurance as needed for ordered diagnostics or therapies (prior authorizations, appeals, etc). Visit tokens never expire.

All visits are paid on a no-questions-asked sliding scale; pay what works for you within a specified range by using the promo codes below at check-out. Payment is due at the time of scheduling (purchased in the form of packages detailed above), and visit tokens never expire. Pro-rated refunds are available for unused visit tokens—no questions asked. Although we do not accept insurance, our secure payment system accepts debit, credit, HSA, and FSA cards. We can also provide Superbills if you choose to seek reimbursement with your insurance for out-of-network services.

Sliding Scale for All Information & How-to

Improving Access to Specialized Care

Here, everyone is eligible for sliding scale pricing. We don’t ask for income information. The lower end of the sliding scale is under our operating costs and allows for expanded access to specialized care. When you pay in the upper range of the scale, you help support access to care for others in the hypermobile community. Sliding scales support community care by allowing us to care for each other and recognize that economic security changes over time.

Accessing Sliding Scale Pricing

All appointment costs are paid at the time of scheduling by purchasing one of the appointment package options detailed above. When purchasing, each package cost shown is the price at the very top end of the scale. In order to access the “in between” sliding scale pricing options, use the appropriate promo code at checkout that best fits your current financial situation. The system will only allow use of one promo code per purchase.
